Role Description:
GigRadar.io (Upwork Lead Generation platform) is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. As a CSM, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and helping our customers optimize their Upwork lead generation process using our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboard new clients and provide them with all necessary guidance.
2. Track client progress, achievements, and key milestones, offering proactive support.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
4. Collaborate with various departments to resolve client inquiries.
5. Manage client plans, billing issues, and related matters.
6. Handle cancellation requests and work to retain as many clients as possible.
7. The working hours are from 12 or 1 PM Kyiv time, ending at 9 or 10 PM, to cover US clients.
Requirements:
1. Experience as a B2B Customer Success Manager, ideally in SaaS.
2. Strong knowledge of Upwork and lead generation on the platform.
3. Great communication skills to build trust and strong client relationships.
4. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to spot client needs and growth opportunities.
5. Comfortable working independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Familiarity with tools like Notion, HubSpot, and Intercom.
7. Understanding of search queries (e.g., Boolean, ElasticSearch).
8. Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Compensation:
Base Salary: $700 + bonuses based on KPI's
