What You’ll Be Doing
As a Technical Revenue Ops Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales processes and driving operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:
Automating Sales Processes: Streamline operations using Zapier, Make, and other automation tools.
Managing Outbound Campaigns: Set up and optimize sales campaigns using Quickmail, HubSpot, Expandi, and other outreach tools. Analyze performance, address bottlenecks, and generate reports.
Building Data Pipelines: Develop and maintain data processing workflows using Google Sheets and MongoDB, transforming scraped data for research.
Copywriting for Campaigns: Craft compelling email follow-ups and outreach copy to boost engagement and conversions.
Research Management: Oversee a team of data researchers, recruit talent, monitor performance, set goals, and establish quality standards.
HubSpot CRM Management: Create dashboards, maintain pipelines, schedule email sequences, and manage integrations for optimal CRM functionality.
Marketing Automation: Design landing pages, forms, meeting links, drip campaigns, and analytics systems to track conversions and lead attribution.
Database Development: Build and manage robust databases with tools like Google Sheets.
Google Workspace Administration: Oversee Google Workspace, manage roles, permissions, and ensure smooth team operations.
System Integration: Use Telegram API and Slack API to connect systems for seamless communication and data flow.
Sales Support: Provide proactive insights and analytics to support sales teams, identify inefficiencies, and develop playbooks, automations, and quality control measures.
Team Training: Train and support team members in using tools and systems effectively.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports to evaluate campaign success and inform strategic decisions.
