What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of creating engaging and intuitive designs for our web products. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing Intuitive UI/UX: Develop user-friendly interfaces and exceptional experiences for web platforms.

• Creating Graphics: Design compelling visuals for digital platforms, marketing materials, and branding initiatives.

• Building Lottie Animations: Enhance user interactions with engaging animations.

• Developing in Webflow: Build stunning landing pages and website sections using Webflow tools.

• Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to align designs with business objectives.

• Conducting User Research: Use research insights and usability testing to iterate and refine designs.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a talented designer with a passion for user-centered design and a collaborative mindset. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Proven Experience: 3+ years in UI/UX and graphic design.

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Figma and Lottie animation tools.

• Webflow Mastery: Experience with Webflow design tools and website builders.

• Strong Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your digital and graphic design work.

• Design Principles: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

• Agile Work Ethic: Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments.

• Fluent English: Confident in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with motion graphics and branding.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and front-end development.
