What You’ll Be Doing
As a Partnership Manager at GigRadar, you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing strategic relationships with a wide range of partners—resellers, affiliates, and communities. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and maintaining these partnerships to drive sales and maximize revenue. Collaborating closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams, you will ensure smooth processes for partner acquisition, sales performance, and payouts.
Your key responsibilities include:
Partner Outreach & Acquisition: Identify and engage potential partners in Upwork and B2B lead generation through both inbound and outbound strategies.
Provide Support & Training: Equip partners with marketing materials, affiliate links, and product training to help them succeed.
Ongoing Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with partners, offering support and guidance to help optimize their strategies and increase sales.
Sales Optimization: Work with partners to optimize their sales strategies, providing them with insights and tools to boost performance.
Commission Tracking & Payouts: Track partner commissions and ensure timely, accurate payouts.
Content & Event Creation: Collaborate on creating content and organizing events to increase partner visibility and engagement.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and track partner performance using HubSpot and other internal tools, providing regular performance reports.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Partnership Manager with a strong background in partner management, business development, or sales—ideally in the SaaS or tech industries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for building relationships that drive growth. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
Experience: Proven experience in partner management, business development, or sales, with a preference for SaaS or tech industries.
Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in managing professional relationships and negotiating deals.
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple partners, track performance, and manage payouts with precision.
CRM & Tracking: Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and partner tracking systems.
Account Management Experience: Experience as an account manager in SaaS B2B or general B2B sales is a plus.
Language Proficiency: Upper-intermediate or fluent English; fluent/native Russian or Ukrainian is required.
