What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our client relationships, driving growth and ensuring satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting Demo Calls: Present our solutions to prospective leads, showing how we can transform their business.
Winning Deals: Use your skills and expertise to close as many deals as possible, driving company growth.
Managing CRM (HubSpot): Keep the sales pipeline organized, up-to-date, and optimised for efficiency.
Supporting Clients: Build trust with clients by resolving their issues and exceeding their expectations.
Fostering Partnerships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships that create value for both clients and GigRadar.
Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand our offerings and grow our footprint with existing clients.
Advocating for Win-Win Solutions: Approach every interaction with empathy and a focus on mutual success.
Regular Communication: Maintain consistent contact with customers, partners, and suppliers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated and personable professional who thrives on delivering results. You’ll shine in this role if you have:
Proven Experience: At least 1 year in a B2B Account Executive or Customer Success role, ideally in the SaaS industry.
Upwork Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Upwork and a background in lead generation on the platform.
CRM Skills: Hands-on experience with HubSpot for managing sales pipelines and client interactions.
Technical Know-How: Familiarity with search queries like Boolean and ElasticSearch is a big plus.
Strong Communication: Fluent English skills (verbal and written) to connect with clients and articulate ideas clearly.
Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and crafting solutions.
Team Spirit: A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
